It takes 15-20 days to arrive after the order is shipped. A notification with tracking number will be sent to you by email once the parcel is sent out.

Please Note

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours (GMT+8 Time Zone) between Monday and Friday, normally within 2 days after your purchase. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to your nominated email address (please make sure the email address is correct). If you do not receive, please email us at info@xuxinyiart.com

 

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

You assume all risk and liability for your parcel if no one is available upon delivery at your nominated delivery address. We recommend leave your mobile phone number when placing the order, to ensure you receive the parcel safely :-)

 

Duties & Taxes

Since it is international transportation, any applicable duties, and taxes as determined by the destination country's customs authority are not included and are due upon delivery.

 

Duties, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be due to your country’s customs authority upon delivery.

 

Returns & Refund

Each painting is carefully drawn by the artist and is unique. We promise the painting to be sent is exactly same as the one you see on the website. We also have rich experience in transporting artworks. Generally speaking, there are no problems. Thus, buyers are reponsible for return shipping cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is reponsible for any loss in value.

Except the hanging scrolls which are sold in scrolls and can be directly hang on the wall, the paintings are not framed. The photos are just to show how the painting could look framed and displayed.

Color varies due to different monitors calibrate.

Shipping: The painting will be carefully packed in a protective and waterproof package when transporting.
